I, an employee of Transfitnation, LLC (the "Company"), have received a copy of the updated Employee Handbook. I have read and fully understand the updated policies and benefits that are outlined in the updated Employee Handbook. The handbook contains important information on the Company's policies, procedures and benefits. I acknowledge that these updates, including the updated total pay calculations (page 25), become effective on July 12, 2025.
I understand that I am responsible for familiarizing myself with the policies in this handbook, and I agree to comply with all rules applicable to me.

This handbook does not alter the at-will nature of employment, meaning that either the employee or the Company can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Because of the possibility of differences in interpretation of the clauses in this manual, the final interpretation will be determined by the Company and will be final.
