Metabolic Strength Class [Intermediate Level]:

9:00AM – 10:00AM


Description: A full-body metabolic workout designed to challenge your balance, strength and endurance. Join this class if you have been exercising consistently for the past 3+ months, if you have no/minor mobility issues, and if you like to be pushed.

Foundational Movement Class [Beginner Level]:

10:45AM – 11:45AM


Description: A full-body beginner workout designed to improve balance and mobility. Join this class if you have not exercised for the past 3 months, if you have mobility issues/joint pain, and if you are ready to improve your health!
