Below are some common questions that we get asked

How Does Online Personal Training Work?

We offer online personal training through our mobile app and website. You can train using your phone, tablet or computer at your house, gym or even outside. All that you need is an solid internet connection and some good music. After signing up, you will fill out your Lifestyle Questionnaire with questions about your medical history, eating/exercise habits, fitness level and goals. We will ask you what equipment you have access to (and it’s ok if you don’t have any equipment!). After learning more about you, your new coach will write a custom training plan for you to follow. Each week you will receive new custom workouts with videos and descriptions for you to follow. You may receive daily reminders to help you stay on track with new healthy habits you are forming. Your coach will be one message away if you have any questions! We also offer Live-Video training sessions (with your coach) as an ad-on for clients who want an extra push, need help with improving posture or would like a one-on-one coaching session. 

Do I need any equipment or access to a gym?

Nope! Your coach will design a custom workout program based on any equipment that is currently available to you. Workout programs can built around bodyweight exercises, common household items, resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cable machines and machines found in home gyms and commercial gyms. If you decide to purchase equipment or join a gym along the way, your coach will update your program with new exercises.

How Long Will It Take To See Results?

Results can vary from person-to-person and are based on your current eating habits, fitness level, training frequency, medical history, and ability to follow your training plan. For healthy weight loss, you can expect to lose up to 1-2 pounds per week. 

How Much Does It Cost?

Our online training programs will cost you about as much as a cup of coffee per day…with more health benefits included! We offer discounted rates for live video training sessions for all online training programs. Our goal is to make training affordable, enjoyable and accessible for everyone!

Is It Safe For Me To Start A Training Program If I Have Medical Limitations?

We require all clients to have medical clearance from their doctor before starting an training program. It is important for us to know if you have any restrictions or limitations that must be addressed when developing an exercise program for you. We want to make sure you remain safe throughout your transformation 🙂
