Introducing Our Personal Trainer Hannah Ahmed

Hannah Ahmed is a Certified Personal Trainer (Brookbush Institute) with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She has experience and knowledge in working with people of all ages and various fitness levels. Hannah is pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. In her free time, Hannah enjoys working out and exploring new healthy recipes in the kitchen.

Meet our personal trainer – Hannah Ahmed.

Hannah Ahmed is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the Brookbush Institute. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University.

During her undergraduate years at SUNY Cortland, Hannah trained clients of all ages and varying fitness levels. She understands that each client has a unique set of goals and ensures that each session is uniquely focused on these goals. Hannah worked as a Fitness Supervisor during her senior year at SUNY Cortland, where she developed client-specific personal training programs that were tailored to her clients’ unique fitness goals and abilities.

As a physical therapy student at Stony Brook University, Hannah has been studying the innerworkings of the human body while developing her skills in the field of rehabilitation. Hannah has been applying this knowledge in the form of corrective exercise to help our clients prevent injuries and improve strength and mobility during their personal training sessions.

Hannah enjoys developing strong relationships with her clients while helping them transform their mind, body and health. She loves working together with clients to accomplish their goals and inspiring them to keep moving forward. In her free time, Hannah enjoys staying active by going to the gym or hiking, as well as exploring new healthy recipes in the kitchen.
