Our Smithtown Personal Training Studio is Fully Compliant With The CDC & New York State Guidelines for Fitness Facilities, Including:
- All equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after each training session.
- Portable HEPA air purifiers have been installed and the windows are open for additional fresh air circulation.
- Face coverings are not required and optional to wear during training. Trainers will wear masks during sessions upon request.Â
- Clients and trainers will continue to practice social distancing.
- Clients are encouraged to stay at home if they are not feeling well.

One-On-One Training
Every person has unique goals, abilities and fitness levels. One-on-one training is for you if you want 110% focus and attention from a dedicated trainer. Partner Training
If you like the idea of training with someone else, then partner training is for you! Work together with a friend, spouse, parent, relative or partner. Group Training
Group Training Classes are available through our Smithtown Training Studio and online through Zoom. These classes give you an opportunity to workout with other members of our community. Classes are limited to 6 people and provide a full-body workout that is based on individualized progressions. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, your trainer will be able to customize the workout based on your unique abilities. Class themes include Strength/Hypertrophy, Stability/Endurance, and HIIT. Classes are offered on:
– Tuesdays @ 6:30PM-7:30PM (in person+online)
– Thursdays @ 6:30PM-7:30PM (in person+online)
– Saturdays @ 10:00AM-11:00AM (in person)
Nutrition/Habit Coaching
We offer nutrition/habit coaching as part of training. Learn how to identify unhealthy habits and turn them into healthy ones. Your trainer work with you to reinforce these new healthy habits as you begin to transform your mind.
Learn how to eat smarter by following a healthy eating plan based on your unique goals and food preferences. Your trainer will give you recommendations for improving your current eating habits while tracking your weekly progress.
Online Training
We offer online training for a remote training experience through Zoom. This is perfect if you do not live close to our studio (located in Smithtown, New York). Train with us from your own gym or home though the live-video training. Our online workouts are designed based on your fitness level, goals and equipment. Hybrid Training
Hybrid training allows us to work with you in-person & online through Zoom. Your trainer will guide you through an individualized exercise plan and track your nutrition & habit-change progress every step of the way. You will meet with your trainer in-person at our Smithtown training studio for live training sessions. Meet Our Team

Steve Dell'Amore, Owner, SPT, CES, CPT
Steve is the owner and founder of Transfitnation. Transfitnation was created with the vision of helping people achieve healthy, fulfilling lives. Steve is a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. Steve has a passion for travel & has backpacked around the world. When he is not busy working, Steve enjoys going for a run or hiking outdoors.
Stephan Reyes, BS, CPT, HMS
Stephan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Human Movement Specialist through the Brookbush Institute. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from SUNY Oneonta and specializes in exercise science. Stephan has experience working with injury prevention and recovery, strength and conditioning training, and corrective exercise. In his free time, Stephan likes to workout at the gym and play basketball.
Mike Sangiamo, BS, CPT
Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Technology from St. Joseph’s College. Mike is a former varsity baseball player with experience in strength and conditioning training.
Jill Riccio, SPT, CEP, CSNC, CPT
Jill is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM), Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM), and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). She has knowledge and experience with corrective exercise and nutrition coaching. Jill is pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. In her free time, Jill enjoys training for marathons and staying active.
Charles Armstrong
Charles is our Digital Marketing Coordinater. He is a copywriter with a specialization in the fitness industry, and has a track record of success, having worked as a client of Transfitnation over the course of several years. Additionally, he is an author and entrepreneur, using his skills to help others achieve their goals.
