Transfitnation may collect personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to, your e-mail address, name, physical address, telephone number and IP address. If you purchase our Services, we collect and store your billing and credit card information. The information that we collect and store often depends on the type of Service that you use. For example, when you register an account with Transfitnation, we collect and maintain your account information such as login name, password, email address and contact information. When you sign up for training services, we collect information submitted through our lifestyle assessment and waiver, such as your health screening information, eating and exercise habits, and fitness goals. Transfitnation may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, and interests. Transfitnation will not delete customer information other than upon customer request. However, Transfitnation reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Transfitnation. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. Transfitnation also collects geolocation information based on visitors’ IP addresses. This information is used by Transfitnation for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services. Transfitnation collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve our Services and deliver the Services you have requested. Transfitnation may use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Transfitnation and its affiliates that may interest you. Transfitnation may contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Please note that any “do not track” signals sent by your web browser or other mechanism have no effect on the collection of personally identifiable information by Transfitnation. Transfitnation uses tracking to create remarketing audiences of users based on user behavior and visits to our website. Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) afforded California residents (i) the right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices in connection with the requesting consumer; (ii) the right to have the requesting consumer’s information deleted, subject to certain exceptions; (iii) the right to request that their personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and (iv) the right not to be discriminated against because they exercised any of the new rights.

Transfitnation will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity, and will respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances).
