Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is a former varsity baseball player with experience in strength and conditioning training.
Meet our personal trainer – Mike Sangiamo.
Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Technology from St. Joseph’s College. Mike is a former varsity baseball player with experience in strength and conditioning training.
During his early years in high school, Mike learned the value of having a personal trainer as he worked to improve is pitching performance for baseball. Working with a trainer allowed Mike to build a strong foundation which reduced his risk of injury during a rigorous baseball season. After retiring from baseball, Mike continued to apply his knowledge and passion for exercise in the gym by following a strength training program that helped him build muscle and improve his overall physique.
Mike joined our team because he wants to help others reach their goals and inspire a passion for exercise that he had at an early age. We are excited to have Mike as a member of our growing training team here at Transfitnation.
